We reserve the right to cancel a Tour due to bad weather, street closure, illness or injury to your nominated Tour guide or any other unforseen factor which compromises our ability to guide you on an urbanrunningtour. In such an event where we need to cancel your urbanrunningtour, we will offer you the option of a full refund OR to book a new Tour at a mutually convenient time. Any new Tour booked will be subject to payment of any difference in price from that initially booked.

Following payment for your chosen running Tour, you must give 24hrs notice of cancellation. We reserve the right to retain payment with no obligation to refund any amount, either in part or in full, for any cancellation on your part with less than 24hrs notice.

On the day of your urbanrunningtour, we will cancel your Tour should you not arrive at the designated meeting point within 15mins of the designated Tour start time. In such an event we reserve the right to retain payment with no obligation to refund any amount, either in part or in full.
