Tour 5. Old Meets New: 8.7km

If you're based out in the Docklands or just want to see 'the start of time' then the Old Meets New Tour is a great one to go for.

Starting at Canary Wharf you'll see a modern financial hub from the ground up before going under the Thames and emerging in stunning Greenwich - home to Old Royal Naval College. You'll run through the beautiful Greenwich Park, see the Royal Observatory and cross the Greenwich Meridian - literally moving between East and West in a single stride.
